LIMEX Single Cone
LIMEX-made single cones are environmentally friendly products that can reduce petroleum-based resins (plastics) by more than 50%.
The single cone is a three-layer honeycomb structure that uses a polypropylene sheet with a trapezoidal shape arranged in a houndstooth pattern as an intermediate material, and further fuses face materials onto each surface. It has isotropy, which means it has less difference in strength between the vertical and horizontal directions compared to regular plastic cardboard. The LIMEX single cone made from LIMEX pellets contains more than 50% inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate, allowing for a reduction of more than 50% in the amount of plastic used. Additionally, compared to paper cardboard, it is also possible to reduce the consumption of water and forest resources. LIMEX is an inorganic-organic composite material primarily composed of inorganic components and is a registered trademark of TBM Co., Ltd.
